…And I says to Maybel I says…

December 20th, 2009

I hope everyone has purchased their copy of Killing In The Name – Rage Against The Machine in attempt to beat the X Factor to number 1!

Tux!

Now that homelinen has moved home (if you pardon the little joke), hopefully it’ll be faster to load and so on. As you probably know, I’m now hosting the site for Calum, and some of his other domains. If you would like me to host you a site or something, then please email me on ross@imlach.info or ross@homelinen.org and  I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Since I’m hosting it now, I think I have  the right to do this:

HOSTED BY ROSS IMLACH

I’ll speak to Calum about putting a banner somewhere on the page.. I’d like some credit you know!

Anyways, thats my little post for the time being.

Snail Trail

September 15th, 2008

Today I got into my room to behold that a snail had gotten into my room and was living on my window.
This is probably due to the fact that I never open my blinds, (Vampirism) nor have I cleaned my room in a good 2 months. Don’t worry, I will clean it today.

On Saturday -Family Film Night- I watched Harvey. It was a very enjoyable film, it exceeded my expectations entirely.

“Harvey” is about a man called Edward P. Dowd, a very friendly fellow, who wishes to be friends with everyone.
Edward has a very strange quirk, he has a “6ft 3 and a half” Rabbit by the name of Harvey that follows him
around. You never see Harvey, but you know he is there. It is a “feel good” film, and shows that having an imaginary friend doesn’t make you crazy, you can still be a nice and lovable guy. James Stewart (Edward) acted very well, as he
was talking to thin air most of the time, but his expressions and mannerisms were perfect, and made the film all the
more better.

Played Rock Band on Friday at Ross Imlach’s house, it was very enjoyable apart from the breakage of Ross’ camera lens. That put a dent in the evening, but after an hour or so we played “Rage”.

“Rage” is basically a game of tig, although originally the act of “tigging” was performed through biting your opponent.
Obviously that wasn’t a great idea, so “scratching” was developed. So we played some Rage, I never won, and have
never won, but it is still fun to be hidden in the brush at the dead of night, whilst a recently infected comrade sneaks up and “attacks” you.

I have pictures of the evening, but not of Rage, I will upload them to Flickr but I am unsure if I will put them directly onto homelinen. You will be able to find them on my Flickr. (May be lost because I don’t have a Pro Account)
